Terms of service

You pay $2,500, once, through Stripe. In exchange we build, configure, and deliver an AI answering agent for your business: we set it up on a phone number and service accounts opened in your name, test it with you, and hand over every login plus the agent’s complete build (prompts, settings, and a redeploy guide). There is no subscription with us, no renewal, and no card kept on file.

After delivery, everything the agent runs on is yours: the phone number, the telephony/AI service accounts, the recordings and transcripts they hold, and the build documents. We keep no lien, license lock, or kill switch over any of it.

The agent consumes usage from third-party providers — telephony, voice, and AI — billed by those providers directly to your accounts, at their list prices (typically $35–45/month for a small shop as of July 2026, and about a dime a minute all-in). We add no markup and take no commission. Those providers may change their prices; that relationship is between you and them.

The agent identifies itself as an AI on every call and is configured to take messages, screen calls, and text you summaries. Like any answering setup — human or machine — it will not be perfect on every call. We make no promise of specific revenue, call volume, or business outcomes, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us.

You confirm you’re authorized to set up answering for the business and number you give us, and that you’ll use the agent lawfully — including any call-recording notice rules that apply where you operate. The agent’s greeting discloses recording to callers by default; don’t remove it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
